TERMS OF SERVICE
By purchasing a ticket for the La Crosse Area Builders Association (LABA) Home Show, you agree to these terms, which form a binding legal contract between the La Crosse Area Builders Association and the home show attendee (“you”). If you are purchasing or receiving a ticket on behalf of another individual, it is your responsibility to ensure that the person attending is aware of these terms and accepts them. By completing the purchase on behalf of another individual you are warranting that you have made the attendee or participant aware of these terms and that they have accepted these terms.

1. Admittance
Your ticket entitles you to admittance to the event for which you have purchased. Any and all other costs associated with your attendance (including without limitation travel and accommodation expenses) shall be borne solely by you and the La Crosse Area Builders Association shall have no liability for such costs.

2. Restricted Items
Prohibited items include outside food & drinks, animals, and weapons. The La Crosse Area Builders Association and the Omni Center management have the right to change this policy as deemed necessary for public and attendee safety.

3. Contact Information
You hereby warrant and allow the La Crosse Area Builders Association to add your contact information to the La Crosse Area Builders Association email base to receive updates on future events. To opt out of this send an email to [email protected].

4. Use of Likeness
You (or the user of your ticket for any particular event) grant permission to the La Crosse Area Builders Association (and its designees and agents) to utilize your image, likeness, actions, and statements and any live or recorded audio, video, or photographic display or other transmission, exhibition, publication or reproduction made of or at the event in any medium or context for any purpose, including commercial or promotional purposes, without further authorization or compensation.

5. Event Content
You acknowledge and agree that the La Crosse Area Builders Association, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to change any and all aspects of the Event.

6. Solicitation
You shall not solicit business from other attendees, exhibitors, or sponsors. Attendees observed soliciting will be ejected from the Event and may be banned from future events at the La Crosse Area Builders Association’s sole discretion.

7. Refunds
Tickets are non-refundable. The sale or resale of any and all event tickets by unauthorized means is prohibited and violation of this policy may result in the cancellation of unused tickets. Discounted group, promotional or complimentary tickets may not be resold without the express written consent of the La Crosse Area Builders Association. In addition, tickets to events at the La Crosse Area Builders Association may not be used for advertising, promotion (including contests or sweepstakes), or other trade purposes without the express written consent of the La Crosse Area Builders Association.

8. Liability
Hold Harmless, and Indemnification. You agree that neither the Event facility (Omni Center) nor the La Crosse Area Builders Association shall be liable for any claims, losses, damages, medical emergencies, sickness, death, injuries, or liability which may be sustained by any person while traveling to or attending the LABA Home Show (including but not limited to) any employee, or any other person or entity. You agree that you will hold harmless and indemnify the La Crosse Area Builders Association from any and all claims, including losses, damages, death, injuries, or liability (including without limitation, reasonable attorney’s fees and costs) whether to property, person, or otherwise, that arise while participating in the event.

9. Force Majeure
If the La Crosse Area Builders Association shall be prevented, in whole or in part, from performing its obligations hereunder due to Act of God, war, national emergency, weather, civil disturbance, pandemic, epidemic, quarantine, labor dispute, governmental or court order or other similar cause beyond such party’s reasonable control (a “Force Majeure Event”), then the La Crosse Area Builders Association shall be excused from performance and shall not be considered to be in default with respect to any obligations hereunder.
